One of the most frequent requests I get is to share our voyage logs.
In 2008 we sailed First Contact around Tasmania. She has extensively cruised the Victorian Coast and Bass Strait Islands. Seeking warmer weather and less turbulent seas, we moved to tropical Queensland in 2011. In 2013 we embarked on a trip to the Torres Strait/Thursday Island and back. That cruise and our knowledge is documented in the book

First Contact in a typical year will log about 2000 sea-miles. As you can imagine not all those miles are magical moments - although some are.
